Qualified as an Airline Transport Pilot since 1977 and having logged over 12,000 hours of flight time in over 50 countries worldwide, Bob is ready to meet any challenge. He is dual rated in both fixed and rotor wing aircraft. He also holds several type ratings in business jets and other corporate aircraft. His operating experience ranges from the far north to the tropics to the far south, in many aircraft from turboprops to jets. Mr. LeBlanc’s operational and maintenance background, combined with his business management experience provide him with a distinct ability to respond to your special aviation needs.

Shelley has years of experience in the administration, finance, sales and marketing areas of the aviation industry, she brings a vast amount of business knowledge to My Jet Manager.Shelley is our primary contact for all our Asian and European clients as she is fluent in both English and Cantonese. She is also proficient in Mandarin and French. A valuable resource to not only the company, but also to our clients. Her ability to negotiate directly with Asian Business Aviation professionals allows My Jet Manager to provide our clients access to goods and services on an extended international basis.As the head of our customer support and sales department, she provides not only her experience but also a cheerful and helpful personality with a commitment to solving every issue in a quick and efficient manner.

Audrey Baxcajay – Director of Maintenance

Audrey brings a varied and unique background to My Jet Manager, Inc. Her aviation experience allows My Jet Manager to provide our customers the quality assurance they deserve. Audrey has the skill to incorporate mechanical knowledge with customer service and business experience. Audrey is a licensed A&P mechanic who provides technical support, maintenance planning and recordkeeping for all our managed accounts. As the primary point of contact for our Central and South American clients, she is a native English speaker who is also proficient in Spanish. She has experience in many aspects of aviation and is ready to serve our clients with all their flight department needs.

Dave Young – Project Manager

After graduating from Purdue University’s school of Aeronautics in 1991, Dave has enjoyed a variety of positions in private, corporate, charter, and scheduled air-carrier operations. Dave has diverse flight experience in piston, turbo-prop, and turbo-jet aircraft, and holds multiple corporate jet type ratings. Having held the position of Chief Pilot, Operations Manager, and Director of Maintenance for part 91 and part 135 companies, Dave’s experience allows him a unique perspective into operations, maintenance, and financial aspects of aircraft ownership and operation. Instrumental in gaining worldwide operating authority for two charter companies, Dave’s flight experience has taken him throughout North and South America, across the North Atlantic to Europe, and throughout the Caribbean islands. Professionalism is a key ingredient to the success of your flight department, and Dave can help you, your staff, and your flight department personnel achieve the highest level of safety, efficiency, and performance no matter the scope of your operation. As a business and flight department manager, Dave has studied human factors, and has implemented both revenue-generating and cost-reducing measures helping aircraft owners meet and exceed their cost-of-operation goals. Having held a Flight Instructor Certificate for nearly two decades, Dave still enjoys teaching in both land and seaplanes during his spare time. Dave’s hobbies include restoring and racing classic automobiles, and he makes regular contributions to several nationally published automotive enthusiast magazines as Editor, Technical Editor, and contributing Technical Editor. Brian Parrish – Inspector

Brian Parrish has more than 25 years of experience if the field of aircraft maintenance, and holds an Airframe and Powerplant License with an Inspection Authorization. Brian has held aircraft maintenance positions with Part 135 and Part 91 operators, as well as Part 145 repair stations, earning the positions of Shop Supervisor and Lead Inspector. Brian studied at the King School of Aeronautics, and has attended courses covering a variety of turbine engines, airframes, and systems applicable to corporate aircraft. As a licensed pilot, Brian has a keen understanding of the ways both maintenance and flight operations affect the safety and efficiency of your flight department. Brian’s extensive knowledge of turbine powered Beechcraft, Cessna, Piper, Piaggio, TBM, Hawker, and Bombardier business aircraft makes him an asset to the My Jet Manager Team and to your flight department. Experienced in line maintenance, heavy maintenance, structural repair, electronics, pre-purchase inspection, and record keeping, Brian is eager to assist with your next aircraft acquisition, or to ensure that the aircraft operated by your flight department are maintained properly and as inexpensively as possible.
